Driven by personal experiences in the workplace and inspired by the stories of close family and friends, Jody founded Mindseta.
Her passion lies in dismantling unnecessary barriers that hinder individuals from being their best selves and realising their true potential. With a background in the creative industries, senior leadership within the higher education sector, and community arts. Jody has extensively designed and curated inclusive, creative and diverse courses and training programmes, leveraging her expertise in performing and community arts to foster a innovative and impactful approach to education and training.
